Joshua brings 8 years of real estate development experience subdividing land, mapping new projects, and permitting plans in California. He is a visionary and executor that connects with property and project owners to build meaningful spaces throughout the region.

Johnson grew up in the trades watching his dad build an HVAC and plumbing business from ground up. In fact, his earliest jobs included working for the family business, often cleaning up a job site or pressure washing houses and driveways. After vowing never to get into construction, Joshua graduated university and founded a software business that he ran for over 12 years. The digital world had its appeal but the lure of building and creating physical spaces kept tugging at his heart. That’s when he decided to sell his software company and transition to real estate and construction full-time.

Since then Joshua has overseen $10M in construction projects and $25M in real estate transactions. Joshua also holds a license with CA Department of Real Estate.
