Emmaus Development revitalized a 70-year-old building in downtown Redding, California. They transformed the second floor into an 8,000-square-foot office space for The Adventure Challenge’s new headquarters, prepped 7,000 square feet on the first floor for a future tenant, and worked with the owner and tenant to split the 15,000-square-foot property for potential lease or sale down the road.
