Emmaus Development was contracted to remodel a 70-year old building in downtown Redding, California. The the project scope involved a second floor, 8,000 sf office remodel for The Adventure Challenge’s new HQ, demo and prep for another 7,000 sf future tenant on the first floor, and helping the owner and tenant with an Administrative Parcel Map to separate the 15,000 sf building for a future lease-option to purchase.
