EMMAUS BUILDS A THREE-STORY LUXURY TOWNHOME IN DOWNTOWN REDDING
House of Roses is a 4-unit townhome development project developed by Emmaus CEO, Joshua Johnson, in 2019. The vision for the project started with raw land and turned into the first luxury housing development north of Sacramento with rooftop decks enjoying 360 degrees views of Redding, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Lassen, and the Trinity Alps.
The property only spans 6,900 square feet but now holds two, three-story buildings with four attached single-family homes. Each unit has over 2,847 sf and a first floor apartment with separate access and in suite laundry.
The front facing building was purchased by a global music label to host short-term guests of their label for collaboration projects and the rear building is currently listed with Venture Properties.
