EMMAUS HELPS A GROWING EXPERIENTIAL PRODUCT COMPANY BRING THEIR EMPLOYEES TOGETHER IN ONE PLACE

The Adventure Challenge (TAC) is a company that designs books and other products to bring people together and “inspire human connection through the power of unique experiences”. Their products are designed around a one-of-a-kind scratch-off component that provides a blend of intentionality, mystery, and fun to the adventures and challenges hidden underneath. Current offerings focus on both couples and families with: the Couples Edition, the In Bed Edition, Mini Dates, the Family Edition, Lunchbox Cards, Bedtime Adventures, and more.

The Adventure Challenge has sold over 3 million books worldwide since they were founded in 2018 and has approximately 75 local employees working out of various offices in downtown Redding. 

While in the early days TAC employees worked remotely, as they grew in size they picked up office space wherever they could find it downtown. Their years-long search for a location that could bring the entire team together and better meet the diverse needs of their growing company led them to the landmark corner building on Oregon and Shasta next door to Woody’s Brewing Co. 

“We’re excited to bring our team together in this storied location and to further invest in Downtown Redding (California)”, says The Adventure Challenge COO, Tim Marinello.

The renovation is being designed by RAD Studio and interior construction managed by Emmaus Development.
